To delete your DriveToPass account on iOS or Android, go to Account → Personal Detail, scroll down and tap Delete Account. Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted after 30 days. Cancel any active subscription separately through Apple or Google Play.
You can request account deletion directly from the DriveToPass app on iOS or Android.
How to delete your account
After you submit your deletion request, we retain your account data for 30 days. At the end of this period, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted.
Once permanently deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account or uninstalling DriveToPass does not automatically cancel your subscription.
